By registering to avail the loan facility, we hereby authorize PayU to receive all requisite information from Swiggy, with respect to our business operations as may be required by the Lender Partner to evaluate the offer. We understand and acknowledge that such information will include but not be limited to name, address, phone number, average and total ratings, GMV, GST, PAN, bank account details, license/registration details and such other related business/financial information. We agree and acknowledge that Swiggy is only facilitating in sharing the said information with the NBFCs and shall in no manner whatsoever be liable for the correctness or accuracy of the same.
We hereby agree and acknowledge that for the purpose of availing the loan facility we may receive promotional communications either by way of voice calls or SMS or any other mode from the Lending Partner. Therefore, we hereby permit the Lending Partner to make such communications to us without any protest/demur. Further, we also understand and acknowledge that Swiggy shall not be responsible or held liable in any manner whatsoever for the same.
