Annual Maintenance Charges

We refer to the service agreement and subsequent addendums (if any) entered into between PayU Payments Private Limited ("PayU") and you in connection with the provision of, amongst others, online payments aggregation services and solutions ("Service Agreement") through the platform provided by PayU for your website and/or mobile application, as more particularly described in the aforesaid Service Agreement ("PayU Services").

As agreed between us in the Service Agreement, PayU has charged the applicable annual maintenance charges ("AMC") for the period January 2022 to December 2022 in accordance with the Service Agreement, as described below. You may note that AMC was waived by PayU for the first year from the Effective Date of the Service Agreement.

The AMC charged is exclusive of all applicable taxes, including without limitation, GST, as per the Service Agreement.

All capitalized terms used herein and not specifically defined shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Service Agreement.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended from time to time).
